A Community of Peer Support. In The News and Write for You Blog. This Week at the Latah Recovery Center. We are very pleased to have Nancy Casey, one of our writing group facilitators, writing a blog post for us this week.

A mental health specialist can talk with you about what is happening and things you can do to make it better. If you already see a therapist or psychiatrist, staff at the center will work with him or her so you get the help you need. Staff can show you where to get help if you need food, utility assistance, housing needs, a safe place to stay, medical care or other help.

Region II BHB Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of every month. Region II Behavioral Health Board. If you are interested in being a part of this board please follow the links. Regional Behavioral Health boards are governmental entities, but they do not have the power to levy taxes.
